On Tuesday morning, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning spent some time serving customers at a Secaucus, New Jersey Dunkin' Donuts store. He has a new partnership with the chain and decided to have some fun with it.
But before he arrived at "work", Eli says he made sure to get his football priorities out of the way first.
"Obviously, I've tried to manage my time well. I was  able to get up, get a workout at the facility today, kind of get my  preparations done."
Coming off of a Super Bowl victory, Eli has been in the spotlight more frequently. He recently hosted a taping of "Saturday Night Live", threw out the first pitch at a New York Mets game, and played the role of a Dunkin' Donuts employee.
But despite his off-season consisting of more than just football, Manning knows where the primary responsibilities lie.
"The off-season is a time to try to get some things done and do some  things you want to do, like Saturday Night Live and those type of  opportunities, as long as it doesn't affect my preparation for football  and my commitment to the Giants".
He also explained that mixing life away from football with his sport is something of importance.
"I didn't miss a single workout this year, was at every team activity  and working hard to make sure I'm getting better. But also  tried to do some things outside of football and keep busy and have some  fun."
