George Clinton believes in one nation under a groove ... he just doesn't wanna pay taxes to that nation ... at least according to a tax lien filed against the legendary singer. According to a federal tax lien ... George is delinquent for the years 2007 and 2008. Clinton owes $48,347.82 for 2007 and $67,204.45 for 2008 ... for a total of $115,552.27.If Clinton doesn't pay up soon, the government will tear the roof off the sucker -- or, as "the man" would say it, seize his property and belongings until the tab is settled.Calls to Clinton have not been returned.
