Luke Bryan Tosses Undies into Crowd After CMT Win

Here's a twist on a knickers tradition.

Luke Bryan won big when he was honored at Wednesday's CMT Music Awards for his hit "I Don't Want This Night to End."

But one fan took home a prize of another sort. Yes, instead of a music star getting pelted on stage with underwear, Bryan went the other way with his.

"The first time around, I threw a jacket in the crowd," the country crooner, 35, recalled of 2010's ceremony as he accepted honors for male video of the year. "Well, I found out it was a very expensive jacket. So, I thought I would potentially one day throw something a little cheaper."

This time around, he launched his camouflaged skivvies into the crowd of Nashville's finest gathered at the Bridgestone Arena.

And these weren't just any old pair. "I have a lucky charm," he said before the big throw. "I have some lucky camouflage underwear."
