ROCK HILL — A Rock Hill woman 
pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence last week, months 
after she drove in the wrong lane, struck another vehicle and inflicted 
life-changing injuries on two passengers.Felony DUI causing great bodily injury carries a maximum 15-year sentence.
On Nov. 12, 2011, Tolley drove on the wrong side of Porter Road and hit another car, according to the release.
Officials determined that Tolley’s blood alcohol concentration was .333, and she tested positive for Ativan, a medication used to relieve anxiety, and Klonopin, a pill meant to combat seizures and panic attacks.
Both victims suffered life-changing injuries. Officials read statements prepared by both victims describing their injuries. One victim said he is unable to sit more than one hour at a time due to a recent spinal surgery. Surgeons used rods and screws to support his spinal column.
The other victim suffered injuries to his ribs, hip, both arms, wrists, both legs and his heel was crushed. He has undergone six surgeries and doctors are still uncertain whether he will lose his left foot, the release states.
