The 2012 Daytime Emmy Awards were handed out on Saturday at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles.
Barbara Walters, Rachael Ray, Susan Lucci and other daytime luminaries were there for the big event, which saw “General Hospital” take home five trophies, including best drama.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” actress Heather Tom won best lead actress, with “General Hospital” star Anthony Geary honored as best lead actor.
Meanwhile, “Live with Regis and Kelly” won for best entertainment talk show for the first time — in Regis Philbin’s final year as co-host of the syndicated series.
