Soulja Boy Accident Other Driver Blames Rapper THE BLOW-BY-BLOW

The husband of the other driver in last night's Soulja Boy car crash tells TMZ -- there's no two ways about it ... the accident was all Soulja's fault.

TMZ spoke to the other driver's husband moments after last night's crash, and he tells us, he and his wife -- who's pregnant right now -- were waiting at a red light in the turning lane, when the rapper's red Bentley swerved across a double yellow line and collided with their vehicle.

The footage appears to back up the man's story.

Because the other driver is pregnant, her husband says she was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital as a precaution following the crash.

As we reported, the other driver said Soulja Boy was driving the Bentley -- but people close to the rapper are saying it was Soulja's bodyguard behind the wheel.

The crash is still under investigation.

Soulja Boy is finally admitting he was behind the wheel when his red Bentley got into a car accident Saturday night in Hollywood -- but the rapper insists ... the other driver isn't just at fault ... she's also a giant RACIST.

Soulja just released a video statement on YouTube, claiming the other driver "ran the light. Our light was green. We were going straight. She turned too fast, thought she was gonna make it, hit my car."

He adds, "You know what that was. That was some people trying to come up on some money ... I was going straight in line." Soulja also says the other driver was "racist" and accused him of driving a stolen vehicle.

People close to Soulja previously said the rapper wasn't driving -- his bodyguard was.

As for the Bentley, Soulja said it took the bigger beating in the accident -- and now, it's in the shop getting fixed. Soulja says it'll take about a week to repair.

As we reported, the other driver's husband claims Soulja ran the double line and smashed into their car. The accident is still under investigation.

50 Cent was hospitalized with possible injuries to his neck and back in a frightening car crash involving his SUV and a mack truck ... this according to a website affiliated with the rapper.

According to ThisIs50.com, it all went down Monday night on the Long Island Expressway in New York City, when a red mack truck rear-ended 50's ride ... and the rapper's SUV "almost flipped over."

50 was taken to a nearby hospital ... where, according to the site, doctors are running tests on his neck and back.

The Dream SUED for Someone Else's Horrific Car Crash

The Dream has been slapped with a major lawsuit by the victim of a brutal car crash in Georgia and what really makes it a nightmare for the R&B star ... he wasn't driving at the time ... or even there!

Elaine Nowells filed a suit in Georgia, claiming one of Dream's record label employees, Patrick Thrall, T-boned her car while running a red light at a four-way intersection back in June 2010. Nowells claims the accident was so brutal, the car was knocked on its side and slid down the street.

Nowells claims she broke her back in the accident and suffered mental and physical pain due to "the shock, fright and terror she experienced." She claims she suffered permanent injuries and says her medical expenses are through the roof.

In her suit, Nowells claims the accident was all Thrall's fault ... because she says Thrall was distracted by his GPS at the time.

Nowells filed her suit against Thrall ... but added The Dream and his company as defendants as well. She alleges that since Thrall was on-duty at the time, they can all be held financially responsible.

The Dream himself dropped TMZ an email to say, "Pat Thrall Is NOT an EMPLOYEE of Radiokilla Records, IDJ, or any of its affiliate companies. He is an independent contractor (engineer) who was on the way to his hotel when the accident occurred. We are sorry to hear about her injuries and we hope she gets better."

He added, "We are almost certain that her attorneys put pressure on her to file a lawsuit. Unfortunately, that's the NEW American Dream. Can't win in life, sue someone who can."

Sources close to Lindsay Lohan's Lifetime movie tell TMZ ... producers have been in hysterics these past few weeks over LiLo's latest hijinks, and we're left to wonder ... WHY?!?!?!

According to our sources, producers were particularly upset over her car accident on PCH. We're told the producers have five big concerns:

-- The company that insures the movie might bail
-- Her probation could be violated for lying to the cops
-- She could be prosecuted for lying to police
-- She could crash her car again
-- She's going to clubs where bad things happen

But here's the thing ... when has a Lifetime movie ever gotten this much press (besides the one where Jennifer Love Hewitt played a hooker)? And don't they know ... nothing bad ever REALLY happens to Lindsay.

$10 says "Liz & Dick" is the most watched program in the network's history.
