Robert Wertz wants police to find his sister's killer.
And he's not alone in his quest.
He has garnered support from family and friends, local, county and state law enforcement officials.
“My sister was a private person,” Wertz said Tuesday morning during the unveiling of a billboard that law enforcement officials hope will provide a new lead in the murder of Alfreda Wertz Hinson, 57, on Nov. 28, 2011.
