Rondo & KG Refuse To Shake Hands With Miami After Game 7 Loss

Rondo & KG Refuse To Shake Hands With Miami After Game 7 Loss
Doc Rivers, Paul Pierce, and Ray Allen all came together with the Miami Heat basketball team after a hard fought Game 7 playoff victory over the Boston Celtics.  With time left on the clock, Doc Rivers said "enough is enough" as there was no chance for his team to win anymore, so he pulled out his top players, Rondo, Garnett, Pierce, and Allen to sit and rest for the final moments of the game.  Everyone on the Celtics bench embraced them with open arms because everyone knows that, that might have been the last time these hall-of-fame athletes get the chance to run the court together in the same uniform.
However after hugging it out with their team, Rondo and Garnett kept it moving straight to the Boston Celtic's locker room with camera crews trailing behind them.  They never reemerged to shake hands with any of the Miami Heat players, as a traditional sign of respect and good sportsmanship.  Some basketball enthusiasts have been upset by their disregard to acknowledge the Miami Heat's hard work to earn that win.  Others seem to be unbothered by it, given that they understand Rondo and Garnett were obviously upset about losing.
This has brought up the question: if Lebron had walked off the court without shaking the hands of the opposing team's players, how much heat would he have gotten from the fans around the world?
Do you think Rondo and KG walking off the court is that serious?
