ROCK HILL — South Carolina's
association of adult education directors has named state Sen. Wes Hayes,
R-Rock Hill, Legislator of the Year.
Sandy Andrews, Rock Hill's Adult Education Director, presented the award to Hayes at a school board meeting on Monday.
Andrews said the association's members voted unanimously in favor of Hayes. She thanked him for his support of adult education and public schools.
